Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on CNC Lathe setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for various parts.
• Use micrometers and thread gauges to verify components meet specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools for each task.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, tooling procedures and standard charts.
• Monitor tool wear and replace tools/ Inserts as needed.
• Improve productivity by streamlining machining processes.
• Use time effectively for assigned tasks.
• Complete documentation for each production run.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
