Job summary

Ideal candidates have Mazak/Mazatrol experience, strong GD&T skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On-site work includes routine quality checks, maintenance, and documentation of production data.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mazak CNC machinery and Mazatrol programming.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience with tool selection, fixturing, and proper work holding techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 35-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak multi-axis turning centers and mills.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mazatrol or G-code.
• Inspect finished parts for defects using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Optimize speeds, feeds, and tool selection to improve efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on Mazak machines, including cleaning and ensuring proper lubrication.
• Maintain job travelers, report production data, and document quality checks.
