American StaffCorp in Tulsa, OK is seeking a 1st shift CNC Operator to set up and run Mazak CNC lathes. The role demands hands-on CNC machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Experience with Mazatrol is strongly preferred. You will read engineering drawings, load tooling, adjust offsets, monitor quality, and keep accurate production records while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Hands-on CNC machining experience or tech school training.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a high-mix, low-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes including QT, Nexus, Integrex, or similar.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Load materials, install tooling, set offsets, and prepare machines for production.
• Make program adjustments using Mazatrol or G-code.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other tools.
• Monitor machine operations to meet quality and dimensional specs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Maintain production records and job documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
