HireCall is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Owasso, OK, for full-time set-up and operation of Mazak lathes and related equipment. The role emphasizes independent work, precision, and high‑quality output in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment.

You will program edits with Mazatrol and G-code, interpret blueprints, and ensure part accuracy using advanced measuring tools. Competitive pay and multiple shift options are available.

Formación

• Hands-on Mazak lathe setup and operating experience.
• Mazatrol programming and blueprint interpretation are required.
• Proficiency with GD&T and precision measuring instruments is expected.
• Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and independently operate Mazak CNC lathes (QT, Nexus, Integrex, or similar).
• Set up tooling, fixtures, workholding, and machine offsets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specs.
• Make program edits using Mazatrol or G-code.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize machining performance.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to meet specs.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for measurements.
• Troubleshoot alarms and tooling or machining issues.
• Complete production records and maintain safe, clean work area.
