Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Hourly pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-ray within required timeframe.
• Current BLS certification.

• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
