Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the patient’s home in Florida. Hourly pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks.

Role involves performing nursing assessments, implementing prescribed orders, and monitoring patient status to adjust care plans as needed. State licensure, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
