Job summary

8705 MAXOLUTION, LLC is seeking a sales-oriented engineer to specify and sell rail-guided systems, AGVs, and related solutions. You will develop strategies, compare products, generate quotes, and prepare BOMs and technical data as needed.

You will accompany technical staff to pre-qualify accounts and discuss the best-fit solutions for customers. The role involves startup, commissioning, and programming support, with ongoing self-training on products.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong math and physics aptitude for sizing and selecting power equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Responsive to customer urgency and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Specify and sell Maxolution rail guided, AGV solutions.

Overview

Basic Purpose: This position involves supporting, and growing sales of Maxolution, LLC rail guided systems, AGVs and other solutions.

Compensation & Education

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000/yr. Education: BS in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• BS Degree, or at least 5 years direct experience with comparable system solutions.
• Strong mathematics & physics aptitude/knowledge for sizing, calculating and selection of power transmission equipment and respective required controls.
• Self‑motivated and capable to work in a fast‑paced environment with continuous interruptions.
• Strong oral, written, and organizational skills to support clear communication and teamwork.
• Responsive to customer sense of urgency, handling quotes and other requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Specify and sell Maxolution, LLC solutions – rail guided, AGV and other solutions in a cost‑conscious manner.
• Develop strategies and product comparisons for promoting Maxolution, LLC solutions.
• Generate quotes, sizing documents, bill of material, and technical data as needed.
• Accompany technical staff to pre‑qualify accounts and discuss in‑depth solutions best suited for customers.
• Support technical staff and customers in startup, commissioning, and programming of systems.
• Self‑train on products continuously.
