Job summary

Leidos is seeking a skilled MAS Technical Engineer to lead installations, configurations, upgrades, and integrations for NASA Enterprise operations.

The role requires 8+ years of Maximo experience, advanced Linux skills, and expertise in API management, scripting, and BI reporting with BIRT and Power BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable MAS deployments and enterprise integration standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Demonstrated advanced expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and REST API integrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems, scripting, and performance management.
• Hands-on MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and MAS deployments.
• Experience with MAS components such as MAS, MAF, and MAS Mobile, including SSO configurations.
• Experience developing automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Familiarity with secure API management and authentication frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar issue-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Lead design of enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts and complex MAS configurations across environments.
• Configure and support MAS Mobile and SSO implementations.
• Manage and support MAS user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID.
