Job summary

Leidos is seeking a MAS Technical Engineer for the AEGIS program to lead Maximo implementations and integration across NASA Enterprise systems. The role emphasizes architecture, API security, and scalable MAS environments, requiring 8+ years of Maximo experience and strong Linux skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define integration patterns, and implement automation using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON, while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
• Advanced IBM Maximo architecture and automation scripting.
• Experience with MIF and REST API integrations.
• Strong Linux OS and scripting skills.
• Experience with MAS installation, configuration, and patching.
• Familiarity with OpenShift and container deployments.
• Knowledge of MAS licensing, user synchronization, and large deployments.
• Experience with MAS observability tools and performance tuning.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project-related information to executive and center teams.
• Lead installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting for MAS.
• Lead technical design of Enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
• Lead implementation and configuration of secure API management and authentication standards.
• Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Develop and maintain complex scripting for MAS configurations across environments.
• Configure and support Maximo Mobile, including SSO implementations.
• Create configurations in Maximo Mobile using the MAF Configuration app.
• Manage and support Maximo Application Suite user synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Perform data modeling to support BI reporting needs.
• Utilize Jira Service Management to track issues and service requests.
