Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the IBM Maximo platform across maintenance and asset management.

You will partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Maintenance to drive data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.

This role requires 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that improve maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance/asset management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and PM governance.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own Maximo strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with maintenance goals.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Tech, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Design, test, and implement Maximo enhancements and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor adoption and performance.
• Lead change management and training for users.
