Job summary

Idaho Environmental Coalition, LLC seeks an IT Applications Specialist to support and integrate enterprise COTS apps, with emphasis on Maximo/MAS and BI/reporting tools. You’ll work across Windows/Oracle stacks, perform security and lifecycle tasks, and mentor users.

The role requires independent work, effective communication, and on-call support. The job involves managing integrations, keeping documentation current, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise COTS applications, preferably Maximo/MAS.
• Experience with security, CVEs, and configuration management.
• Strong Windows and Oracle environment knowledge and SQL-driven apps.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maximo/MAS administration, environments, cron tasks, and security groups.
• Configure and support COTS apps across Windows and Oracle ecosystems.
• Perform vendor maintenance cycles: patches, builds, upgrades and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain application security and RBAC, SSL config, and baselines.
• Develop SQL (Oracle/MSSQL) and optimize data access paths.
• Support reporting via BIRT and SSRS with operational reports.
• Manage change control, testing, and release coordination.
• Provide off-hours production support as needed.
