Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Advisor IT Application Services (Maximo) to support and enhance our Asset and Work Management Systems. You will combine business analysis and technical expertise to support asset and work management processes, collaborating with business and technical partners to deliver effective solutions.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Maximo, support integrations, design enhancements, and provide 2nd/3rd level support while driving upgrades and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years in IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis.
• Experience with IBM Maximo/MAS or other asset and work management systems.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration with partners, vendors and users.
• Experience with field mobility solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain, SAP Work Manager or Plant Maintenance, SQL or reporting tools.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and admin for Maximo/MAS: config, workflows, security, scripts, reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Support integrations between Maximo and Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain and other systems.
• Design, test and implement system enhancements and new functionality.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Maximo and related systems.
• Lead system upgrades, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create system documentation and end-user training materials.
