Job summary

Leidos seeks a Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Technical Engineer with 8+ years of MAS experience to provide architectural leadership and hands-on implementation for NASA enterprise operations in a secure, scalable MAS environment.

The role requires advanced Linux skills, MAS installation/configuration, MIF and REST API integrations, plus experience with BIRT/Power BI reporting and OpenShift deployment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of Maximo technical engineering experience.
Expertise in IBM Maximo architecture, automation scripting, MIF, and REST API integrations.
Hands-on experience with BIRT reporting and Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling.
Strong Linux OS knowledge, scripting, and performance management.
Experience with MAS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and patching.
Familiarity with OpenShift and MAS deployments; MAS mobile and SSO.
Experience developing automation scripts (Python, XML, JavaScript, JSON).

Responsibilities

Lead MAS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Design enterprise integration architecture supporting NASA Enterprise systems.
Define API messages, error handling, and monitoring strategies for integrations.
Develop automation scripts and MAS configurations across environments.
Configure and support MAS Mobile and SSO implementations.
Synchronize MAS users with Microsoft Entra ID and support BI data modeling.
Use Jira Service Management to track issues and requests.
