Job summary

Enbridge Inc. seeks an Advisor IT Application Services (Maximo) to support Asset and Work Management Systems, focusing on IBM Maximo/MAS 9. You will blend business analysis with technical expertise to enable end-to-end asset/work management processes.

You will act as SME for Maximo, configure workflows, support integrations with Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain, and lead upgrades and improvements while delivering training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis.
• Experience or exposure to IBM Maximo/MAS or other asset and work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for Maximo/MAS, supporting configuration, workflows, security, automation scripts, and reporting.
• Gather and analyze requirements; translate business needs into functional/technical solutions.
• Support integrations between Maximo and Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain; design and test system enhancements.
• Provide second- and third-level Maximo support; maintain system availability and performance.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement.
• Develop system documentation and training materials; deliver training to end users and support teams.
