Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a dynamic Wellness Retreat Sales Manager to lead group bookings for luxury wellness experiences and cultivate relationships with wellness practitioners, corporate planners, and travel advisors.

The role focuses on meeting sales targets, developing a strong pipeline, coordinating with operations and marketing, and delivering tailored retreats that embody Amrit’s Five Pillars.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of group sales experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or wellness-related industry.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of wellness trends and luxury clientele expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Delphi).
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for wellness retreats, corporate wellness programs, and group bookings.
• Build and manage relationships with wellness industry professionals, influencers, and event organizers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through trade shows, sales calls, virtual appointments, and networking.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to retreat organizers and corporate wellness planners.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the wellness retreat segment.
• Coordinate with operations, spa, and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of retreats and events.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and digital campaigns.
• Support PR efforts and participate in wellness trade shows and familiarization trips.
