Job summary

Hale Akua Garden Farm & Eco Retreat in Hawaii seeks a Retreat Sales Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving retreat bookings. You’ll manage proactive and reactive sales, schedule property tours, and plan retreats from start to finish, ensuring tailored lodging and venue solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship and networking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, customer‑centric and proactive.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Outlook, Drive, MS Office).
• Willingness to learn Retreat Guru PMS and apply sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive and reactive retreat sales and telemarketing.
• Conduct property tours for potential retreat leaders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with retreat accounts locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to prepare for retreats.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; manage payments and reconcile bookings.
• Follow up with inquiries within 24 hours and maintain records.
