The position requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be a product expert: offer guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing for informed purchases.
• Process transactions with care: handle payments using the point‑of‑sale system and manage cash/credit/debit transactions.
• Package and fulfill orders: wrap items and prepare shipments.
• Monitor inventory: assist with stock management and ensuring adequate merchandise levels.
