Job summary

Ferraro's Server Assistant at Four Seasons Maui supports food servers, helps with serving, and maintains guest satisfaction. This role, part of the Food & Beverage team, reports to the Lobby Lounge Management Team.

Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States. Responsibilities include retrieving food from the kitchen, safely transporting it to guests, setting and clearing tables, stocking linen and dishware, and keeping service areas polished.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest's table.
• Breakdown, clean and set- up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

Ferraro's Server Assistant

Assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Lobby Lounge Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
