Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui is seeking a Server for Kea Lani Restaurant. You will deliver Food & Beverage service to guests, employing detailed menu knowledge and the aloha spirit to create memorable dining experiences.

Requirements include a High School diploma (Hospitality asset) and a minimum of 2 years’ serving in upscale, high-volume settings. English fluency is required; POS experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within Accor.

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Multilingualism is an asset.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years serving in a high-volume, upscale full-service restaurant.

Mansioni

• Provide Food & Beverage service in accordance with Fairmont & LQA standards.
• Learn and communicate menu items, garnishes and preparation methods to guests.
• Maintain excellent guest relations with aloha spirit and timely service.
• Follow safety standards and hotel/department policies.
