CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii seeks a proactive Marketing Coordinator for a temporary 6-month term in Kihei, Maui. The role focuses on executing local campaigns, creating content, and coordinating events to highlight luxury residential properties and related experiences.

Candidates should bring 1–3 years of marketing or PR experience, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of Hawaii markets. Maui residency is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, communications or PR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Hawaii geography, culture and market.
• Proficiency with social media tools, email marketing and basic design apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Must reside on Maui.

Responsibilities

• Draft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and local print ads.
• Manage campaigns, track performance, and report results.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute local events and partnerships.
• Organize brand assets, collateral, and media libraries.
• Coordinate schedules and liaise with vendors and printers.
