Job summary

CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator (6 months) based in Kihei, Maui. You will support daily marketing tasks, manage localized campaigns, monitor social channels, create engaging content, and coordinate events to reflect Hawaii's unique local market culture.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing or related roles, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Hawaii's geography, community dynamics, and unique economic landscape.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms, email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and Canva/Adobe Express.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
• Must reside on Maui.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Distribution: Draft engaging copy and coordinate visual assets for social media, email newsletters, and local print advertisements.
• Campaign Management: Assist in executing, tracking, and reporting the performance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Help plan, set up, and execute local promotional events, community pop-ups, and partnerships across Hawaii.
• Brand Asset Management: Organize marketing collateral, digital image libraries, and brand merchandise inventory.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, maintain marketing calendars, and communicate with local vendors, printers, and partners.

Marketing Coordinator (Temporary 6 months)

The Marketing Coordinator (Temporary) position will be based in Kihei, Maui. The wage rate is $30.00 an hour.

• Brand Asset Management: Organize marketing collateral, digital image libraries, and brand merchandise inventory.

Qualifications
