Job summary

Jonathan Club in Hawaii is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing department in implementing campaigns to boost brand awareness, SEO, and engagement. The role requires clear communication and the ability to convey our brand tone.

You will assist in campaigns, create brand materials, support blogs and social posts, update website content for SEO, conduct market research, and provide admin support across departments. This is an on-site role in Honolulu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing/Communications a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the production of brand materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Support the execution of blog posts and social media posts.
• Assist in updating website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Provide administrative support, including reporting, managing calendars, and documenting processes.
• Work with all departments to ensure communications are coordinated and on-brand.
