Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Special Events Catering Manager to secure and service catering and private events for Social and Corporate clients. You will drive revenue through proactive sales, strong relationships, and seamless event execution across departments.

You will coordinate private events, restaurant buyouts, and work closely with Food & Beverage teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, optimistic and solution-oriented attitude.
• Creativity for designing memorable events.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Maui Liquor Card required.

Responsibilities

• Finalize booking requirements and maximize revenue through up-selling and clear communication across departments.
• Solicit new business and respond to inquiries to book weddings, catering and events.
• Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings and events.
