Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in Minneapolis seeks an Information Governance/Records Mobility Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support our Information Governance team. The role covers matter mobility processes and collaboration with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities include implementing policy, handling confidential information, data analysis, and training IM Specialists. Salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ related experience in information governance/records administration.
• Law firm experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information securely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement firm policy and procedures for matter mobility.
• Maintain knowledge of IG technology systems and functionality.
• Serve as initial contact for lateral attorney arrivals.
• Coordinate the full process for inbound and outbound information.
• Analyze data and perform database searches and audits as needed.
• Memorialize actions in the tracking tool and DMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute tasks.
• Provide training on best practices for matter mobility.
• Troubleshoot issues related to information management technologies.
