Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP seeks an Information Governance/Records Mobility Analyst with 2+ years of experience to support its Information Governance team across multiple offices. This role focuses on implementing policies, managing matter mobility, and serving as a resource for attorneys and clients involved in mobility tasks.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience with IG systems, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet, with preference for iManage/iCompli

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in information governance/records administration.
• Law firm experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in iManage and iCompli preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement firm policy for the matter mobility process.
• Maintain knowledge of IG technology systems.
• Serve as initial contact for lateral attorney arrivals.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and IG departments about mobility.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound information across teams.
• Analyze incoming/outgoing information and document actions.
• Assist with information clean-up projects as needed.
• Train IM Specialists and legal teams on best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues with information-management technologies.
