Job summary

Instructional Empowerment seeks a School Leadership Coach to guide principal and district leaders in implementing a research-based Model of Instruction for Deeper Learning. You will identify root causes, strengthen mathematics teaching, and build sustainable systems for continuous improvement across schools.

The role emphasizes leadership development, data-driven decision making, and collaborative leadership to deliver measurable gains in student achievement. Significant travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a school principal or equivalent educational leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading school turnaround with measurable improvements in instructional quality and student achievement.
• Ability to diagnose instructional challenges and lead organizational change.
• Proven ability to coach and influence school leaders while ensuring accountability for results.
• Experience guiding mathematics instruction and standards-based planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead school improvement and turnaround efforts with principals and leadership teams.
• Strengthen Tier 1 mathematics instruction and student achievement.
• Coach and develop school leadership capacity through feedback and professional learning.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement the Model of Instruction for Deeper Learning.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance data, and adjust improvement strategies.
