Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years experience with students with disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with community organizations and local employers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site coaching to students at job placements.
• Build relationships with local businesses to support student placements.
• Adapt coaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Coordinate with teachers, transition coordinators, and families.
• Gather, record, and analyze student performance data.
