Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with a Mentor Teacher and school staff to support student learning.
  • Planning and implementing lessons and small group instruction as skills develop.
  • Participating in regular observations and feedback sessions.
  • Completing graduate coursework aligned with certification pathway.
  • Supporting classroom routines, management, and assessment.
  • Engaging with students in various ways, including tutoring and leading after‑school activities.
  • Attending and engaging in all trainings and meetings.
