Job summary

KIPP Atlanta Schools is launching a Teaching Residency Program in partnership with Relay Graduate School of Education. This two-year program trains aspiring educators through mentored classroom practice, graduate coursework, and on-ramp to teaching.

Residents will earn a Master of Arts in Teaching and Georgia teaching certification, with a pathway to lead teaching after completion. Based in Atlanta, the program emphasizes feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning while residents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027 (preferred)
• GPA 3.0+ (preferred)
• Passion to teach in underrepresented communities
