Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education required.
• State certification or college teaching experience preferred.
• Three years of teaching experience at the secondary or collegiate level expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of NYS Learning Standards and Common Core desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in mathematics (pre-algebra, algebra, geometry).
• Collaborate with High School Liaisons to design academic interventions.
• Assist in coordinating tutorial services and supervising staff.
• Exhibit strong classroom management to enable learning for all students.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director.
