Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of evidence-based mathematics instruction and supports for students with disabilities.
• Experience with MTSS, RTI, DBI, or related tiered support frameworks.
• Experience providing systems-level coaching or implementation support to district/school leadership teams.
• Knowledge of implementation science and adult learning principles.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive technical assistance to state education agencies, districts, schools, and leadership teams to strengthen MTSS-based mathematics intervention.
• Design and deliver professional learning and leadership coaching focused on mathematics intervention and DBI.
• Support data-based decision making and continuous improvement in MTSS implementation.
• Facilitate coaching with district/school leadership to plan, solve problems, and sustain evidence-based practices.
• Develop implementation tools and coaching protocols aligned with project goals.
