• Knowledge of assessment practices, educational research, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruction & Intervention: Provide targeted, small-group instruction in foundational math skills; group by learning levels; develop individualized learning plans; collaborate with teachers.
• Curriculum Development: Design and adapt instructional materials; align with state standards; use diverse teaching methods.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly assess progress; use data to adjust instructional strategies; track progress and report to leadership.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with teachers; maintain open communication with parents; partner with leadership to align programs.
• Professional Development & Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development; stay current on interventions and math instruction.
• School-Wide Support: Contribute to school-wide initiatives; support literacy and numeracy strategies across the school.
