2. Curriculum Development:

  • Design and adapt instructional materials to meet students’ specific learning needs.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Regularly assess student progress using formative and summative assessments.
  • Use student performance data to adjust instructional strategies and interventions as needed to ensure maximum growth.
  • Track and report on student progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of interventions.

  • Work closely with classroom teachers to align interventions with classroom instruction and support student success across all subjects.
  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
  • Partner with the school leadership team to ensure alignment of intervention programs with broader academic goals.

5. Professional Development & Growth:

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in academic interventions and math instruction.
  • Engage in continual learning to improve knowledge of educational research and effective intervention techniques.

6. School-Wide Support:

  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving overall student performance and achievement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve literacy and numeracy across the school.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student growth.
