Acceleration Academies is hiring a Math Content Coach to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates. This on-site role at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy involves delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 2+ years of high school teaching, strong communication, and collaboration skills, and is open to Ohio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• Ohio Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) license in Integrated Mathematics is preferred; multiple pathways considered for in-state/out-of-state licensure.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support new GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Assist with the development of Personalized Learning Plans for GCs.
• Monitor attendance, academic progress, and overall wellness to ensure engagement.
• Plan and deliver content-area instruction in individual and small-group settings.
• Maintain data-informed instruction and provide remediation to address gaps.
