Acceleration Academies is seeking a MathContent Coach (Math Teacher) to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates, delivering competency-based content and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success.

The role is onsite at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy; overlooks a team providing academic, social-emotional, and career support to learners. 2+ years teaching preferred; Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ohio licensure paths are described; out‑of‑state licenses may transfer.
• 2+ years of high school teaching experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Assist with the development of Personalized Learning Plans for GCs.
• Advise GC; monitor attendance, progress and wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver content-area instruction in individual/small group settings.
• Monitor progress toward course completion using assessments.
• Collaborate with the GC support team to develop learning pathways.
