Job summary

Acceleration Academies in Florida is seeking a Math Content Coach to deliver competency‑based math content, support personalized learning for Graduation Candidates (GCs), and guide students toward graduation and post‑secondary success. You will collaborate with a team to provide academic, social‑emotional, and career‑oriented support for each learner’s journey.

This position is part of a new academy launch, with hiring aligned to the upcoming academic year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Florida 6-12 secondary certification in Mathematics (REQUIRED).
• 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver content-area instruction in individual and small-group settings.
• Monitor progress toward course completion using formative and summative assessments.
• Analyze data to inform instruction and close learning gaps.
• Provide remediation and enrichment opportunities to accelerate student success.
• Support enrollment and retention for Graduation Candidates (GCs).
• Collaborate with the GC support team to develop personalized learning pathways.
