Job summary

Thomasville Middle School in Thomasville, NC is seeking a Math Multi Classroom Leader (MCL) to intensively coach 6–8 teachers on a caseload and teach students through varied models. The CIT leads a team of teachers and support staff to meet the principal’s standards of excellence, defines roles, and aligns instruction with content knowledge and professional goals.

The role includes leading instructional planning, team collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or licensure-eligible in NC.
• Minimum four years of teaching experience with evidence of high-progress student outcomes.
• Experience coaching adults for 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of teachers on the caseload.
• Plan and organize instruction to meet standards of excellence.
• Review student progress and adjust instruction for high progress.
• Collaborate with families and staff to design learning at home and at school.
• Provide feedback to principal and help develop team.
