Job summary

Bank Street College of Education’s Bank Street Education Center seeks a Math Coach & Facilitator to support K-12 math coaching and facilitation with a focus on elementary grades. You will collaborate with the project team, coach teachers, analyze student work for equity, and develop resources aligned with Bank Street’s approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of coaching and/or school leadership experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating professional learning sessions.
• Master's degree in education or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct coaching (virtual and/or in-person) to teachers and school teams.
• Facilitate teacher teams, analyze data to identify inequitable practices.
• Create coaching resources aligned with Bank Street's approach.
• Reflect on coaching to strengthen the Ed Center coaching model.
• Develop professional learning aligned to district and partnership goals.
