Job summary

Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants to teach Mathematics as adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes across Covington, Dyersburg, Paris, and other off-campus centers.

Initial assignments may shift between teaching locations; instructors will use the eLearn course management system, attend required meetings, report attendance and final grades, and communicate curriculum needs to their assigned chair/dean.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and college personnel.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned mathematics courses in Covington, Dyersburg, and/or Paris; prepare course materials and evaluate student learning.
• Maintain class records and submit required reports on time; attend meetings and communicate curriculum needs to the chair/dean.
