Job summary

Oula is seeking a Patient Care Associate for our Charlotte Clinic to ensure exceptional patient experiences. You will be a primary contact for inquiries, coordinating with Clinical Operations and care teams to support smooth patient journeys in a fast-paced maternity care setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork across departments, with on-site duties and occasional cross-coverage at the front desk as clinics expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare support is a plus
• Able to travel regularly between clinic locations and provide Front Desk cross-coverage
• Keen on working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborating with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming patient messages and route to the appropriate team
• Assist with scheduling, directions, and general inquiries
• Process medical record requests and map to the EMR
• Route questions to the appropriate care team member
• Document interactions in Oula's systems with accuracy
• Support patient onboarding and access to virtual care resources
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators, Front Desk, and clinical staff for seamless experiences
• Be present on-site during scheduled hours and cross-cover at Front Desk as needed
• Handle additional administrative tasks as directed by Clinic Manager
