Job summary

Oula Health, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our maternity care team. You’ll be the primary contact for patient inquiries and work closely with our Customer Experience, Clinical Operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth, supportive patient journeys in a fast-paced maternity setting.

This on-site, full-time role requires reliability, empathy and strong communication. You’ll travel between clinic locations and provide Front Desk cross-coverage as needed,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college or healthcare related coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations and provide Front Desk cross-coverage.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls with warmth, professionalism, and consistency.
• Answer incoming patient messages and route them to the appropriate team.
• Provide scheduling, directions, and general inquiries assistance.
• Process medical record requests and map records to the EMR.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Document all interactions in Oula’s systems with attention to detail.
• Assist with patient onboarding and access to virtual care resources.
• Travel between clinic locations as part of the role and provide Front Desk cross-coverage when needed.
