Job summary

OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) seeks a Director of Operations for Maternal Health Access Services (MHAS) to lead program operations and improve patient access. You will work with clinical and admin leaders, ensuring performance and client satisfaction across OBHG’s maternal health initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in practice management/administration in women’s health, a bachelor's in healthcare or business administration, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on practice management/administration experience, with women’s health focus.
• Proven collaboration with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across maternal health programs.
• Maintain presence at partner sites to foster client relationships.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new OBHG programs.
• Align hospital objectives with OBHG services and monitor KPIs.
