Qualifications

• Healthcare operational leadership at the service-line or executive level required.
• Strong understanding of OB/GYN, midwifery, and pediatric ambulatory care operations.
• Experience leading physician recruitment and service-line growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the ambulatory operations and financial performance of the Maternal Child Health service line.
• Develop multi-year growth strategy and market positioning for the service line.
• Lead physician recruitment and build OB/GYN, midwifery, and pediatric network.
• Oversee regional portfolio and inpatient leadership to ensure coordinated care.
