Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical practice of sonographers and staffing levels.
• Develop performance improvement activities and QA of images.
• Manage hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, promotions and scheduling.
• Market imaging services to referring physicians and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor ultrasound budget components; analyze financial information and trends.
• Facilitate team processes and ensure competency development.
• Collaborate across DUHS to reduce costs and optimize imaging service utilization.
