Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Indiana to manage materials receiving, storage, and order fulfillment at a 10,000 sq ft site. You will lead a 10+ person team, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the shift supervisor to maintain timely material movement.

The role requires supervision, safety awareness, and the ability to train associates; you’ll use the Warehouse Management System to resolve issues and sustain productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise a team and provide direction
• Experience with warehouse processes and ticket processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ ticket processors and prioritize work
• Utilize Warehouse Management System to retrieve information
• Troubleshoot processes and drive improvements
• Provide training to new and returning associates
• Report trends and issues to supervisor and maintain workflow
• Ensure attendance and safety compliance and perform other duties as needed
