Job summary

The ideal candidate will train staff, monitor productivity, ensure GMP and safety standards, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of 10+ seasonal employees across multiple processes.
• Provide day-to-day direction and assist in training as needed.
• Monitor productivity and ensure deadlines and outputs are met.
• Maintain safe storage, handling, and GMP compliance for products.
• Coordinate workflow using WMS and assign tasks accordingly.
• Support safety programs and address issues promptly.
• Communicate performance feedback in one-on-one or group settings.
