Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Materials Management Associate for the 1st shift in our Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. You will operate PIV equipment, manage material flows, and maintain accurate ERP records to ensure timely deliveries to customers.

The role involves rigourous safety practices, occasional overtime, and the potential for professional growth within a global information services company. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in shipment/receiving or warehouse environment preferred.
• Lift truck experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) safely to move materials.
• Monitor balers and trim collection; check jams from roof access.
• Unload/load trucks; perform goods receipts and cycle counts.
• Use ERP/RF systems to enter material movement transactions.
• Pick, pack and ensure products arrive to customers in good condition.
• Inventory materials and finished goods; maintain records.
• Process returns and determine stock viability in ERP.
• Communicate via 2-way radios; support safety practices and housekeeping.
• Assist in process improvements and participate in project teams.
