Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join our client’s manufacturing operations in Berlin, WI. You will lead daily materials and warehouse activities, ensure on-time delivery to production, and coach a small team to achieve safety and performance goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of leadership in materials or supply chain, with experience in SAP or ERP systems and strong communication skills. OT Fridays are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in materials, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, coordinating work, or developing employees.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily materials and warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production areas to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members while driving accountability, safety, and performance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction management, and warehouse best practices.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
