Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking a Materials Supervisor in Beaver Dam, WI to manage all internal material flows from receiving through line-side presentation for production and final shipping. You will drive improvements in delivery performance, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and labor utilization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in materials leadership and ERP experience (SAP or similar).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of materials leadership and team development experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material flow from receiving to line-side delivery for production.
• Develop and implement standard processes to improve production efficiency.
• Lead materials staff through training, coaching, and certification aligned with KPIs.
