Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Berlin, WI is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead daily materials and warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping, to support uninterrupted production.

You will coach and develop a small team, drive accuracy through cycle counts and ERP use (SAP), and partner across Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality to resolve material issues and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in materials, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain leadership.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, coordinating work, or developing employees.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Materials Supervisor to join their team. As a Materials Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Shift:

Monday – Thursday (5:30AM to 3:30PM)

• Fridays are OT

Location:

Berlin, WI

Pay Range:

$60,000 to $90,000 + Overtime
